Terms of Service

site.page, operated by SitePage LLC · Last updated 17 August 2026

By using site.page you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the service. "We" means SitePage LLC, 11801 Domain Blvd, 3rd Floor, Austin, TX 78758, USA.

What the service does

You give us the address of a website. We read that website, and use AI to generate a new marketing page based on it. The result is yours to review, edit, publish or discard.

What you are promising us

Who owns what

You own the pages generated for you and are free to use them commercially. We keep ownership of site.page itself — the software, the templates and the system that produces the pages. We may display sites we have generated as examples of our work unless you ask us not to.

Generating a page from a website does not transfer any rights in that website's brand, logos or copy. Those stay with whoever owns them, which is why the promise above matters.

AI-generated content

Pages are produced by AI and are a starting point, not a finished, checked deliverable. They can contain factual errors, invented statistics, awkward copy or design faults. Review a page before you publish it. You are responsible for what goes live under your name.

Free builds and claiming

Availability

The service is provided as-is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw features. We will not intentionally delete your published sites without telling you.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the free-build limits, or uses the service to deceive people.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from content produced by the AI. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date, and continued use after that means you accept them.
